Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP)
The American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) are excited to launch the Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP). The program’s goals are to help advance the careers of long-term care professionals and develop diverse, motivated leaders to fuel organizational success. DELP Scholars will participate in an accelerated leadership program of education, mentoring, networking and volunteer service in the AHCA/NCAL community. In addition to participants from under-represented groups, consideration will be given to including diversity of AHCA/NCAL constituencies such as rural or urban, non-profit or proprietary and small, independently-owned, regional or multi-facility corporations.
